| Supervision Skills for Lead Teachers |
| A lead teacher has to wear many hats – as a classroom teacher, a supervisor of other
teachers, a communicator with administration and with families, and a planner of
environments and curriculum. In this workshop, we will share our successes and struggles
with other lead teachers. Communication and teamwork are the keys to good supervision.
We’ll learn ways to improve our communication skills and share resources to support our
work as lead teachers.
