Miranda Hall likes to wear different hats in the workplace. She loves to travel but considers Brattleboro to be her home base and the Evening Care Program to be one of her favorite jobs. She worked for at Evening Care from 2007 to 2009 variously as a substitute teacher, an assistant teacher in each of the classrooms, and as the facility cook. She came back on staff in the fall of 2011 and is happy to be working with Windham Child Care Association.

Melanie Parker has worked at the Evening Care program since March of 2006. She started as a floating assistant while taking graduate courses at Union Institute & University. She is now the Lead Teacher in the Garden Room. Melanie enjoys music, art and nature and incorporates those studies into the classroom. Working with infants and toddlers has taught her how to balance structure and flexibility in the classroom as well as in life. Consistency and routine are essential to early childhood development as well as the ability to adapt to the changing needs of children and their families. She works to create a safe, caring environment where children may flourish.
