"I opened my family child care program and really didn't know where to begin.  I had a mentor from Windham Child Care Association help me set up my space and design my manuals.  She also coached me on how to work with families.  Knowing that she was there to help gave me the confidence I needed to keep my program going.  Over time, my mentor helped with other challenges that arose with kids and families.  I am so grateful for the mentor program!"
